Privacy policy

The only personal information collected in connection with a purchase is the email address you enter at checkout. Payment details such as your card number are handled entirely by the payment provider and never touch this site. The payment provider shares your email and license key back to the author so the license can be delivered.

No cookies are set. No device identifiers are stored in your browser.

Your email address is used to deliver your license key, to send you the scaffold command and to send occasional marketing emails about Flutter Agent Kit such as release announcements, product updates and related news. You will not receive unrelated promotional messages from third parties.

The email you enter at checkout is collected by the payment provider and shared with the author to issue the license and for the purposes above. It is not sold, rented or shared with any third party for their own purposes.

This site uses a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics service (Plausible) that records anonymous pageviews. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sites, does not collect personal data and does not fingerprint your device. The data aggregated is limited to total pageviews, approximate country and the page you landed on. It cannot be used to identify you.

In addition to pageviews, the analytics service records anonymous custom events that describe how visitors move through the landing page. These events track clicks on call to action buttons, which page sections come into view while scrolling, and when the buy button is clicked. No personally identifiable information is ever sent to the analytics service. Your email address is never included in any event. The events are used only to understand where the page can be improved.

If you prefer to opt out of even this anonymous counting, most browsers let you block the analytics script through a content blocker or a "do not track" setting. No functionality on this site depends on the analytics script.

The only third-party services that come into contact with the data described above are:

• The payment provider that processes checkout. It receives your email, payment details and license key at purchase and shares the license back to the author.
• The self-hosted analytics service that receives anonymous pageview events. It never receives your email address.
• The hosting provider that serves this website and processes HTTP requests in transit. Standard server access logs may be retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

No advertising, marketing or data-broker services receive any data from this site.

Your email address is kept until you ask for it to be deleted. If you stop engaging with the marketing emails, you may ask to be removed from the list and your email will be deleted. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link so you can opt out without contacting me.

Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate and cannot be traced back to you.

You can request access to the data tied to your email, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Email hello@flutteragentkit.com and I will respond, typically within a few days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. This site is operated from Italy, so the relevant authority is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

This site is served over HTTPS. Checkout is handled by the payment provider over HTTPS. The author receives your email and license key through the payment provider and does not store them in a database reachable from this website.

No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure. While I take reasonable steps to protect your data, I cannot guarantee absolute security.

If the way this site handles data changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated to anyone who has purchased the kit before they take effect.
